Study the past

Welcome to 7^th Grade Social Studies! 

We will learn about the history of the Great State of Texas- covering geography to the economy, to Native Americans, the origins of Texas under Spanish rule, the Mexican Revolution, the birth of Texas as a republic, and finally, the eventual joining with the United States.  

During the final two six weeks, we will cover American History as we prepare students to enter 8^th grade.
